The lovely life of foster parents friends

I am sure to all of you listening to me the past weeks, all the rules seem quite confusing. Here is a brief overview of what is required for those lucky enough to call us friends.


Criminal History Checks
-visitors and family members
--14 years and older
--anyone who makes regular visits (more than once a month)
--anyone who might spend the night
--anyone who might spend anytime alone with child
----bible class teachers included

FBI checks
--anyone who makes regular visits (more than once a month) from out of state
-anyone who might stay overnight from out of state

So (assuming we pass all the multiple levels of what was called tonight intense, invasive questioning) you can all expect to have some paperwork to fill out.

It might seem like a lot, but these children have already been through so much, they deserve any peace they can get.
