As with all of the firsts being experienced in our household, apathy is the original emotion. When understanding comes, delight ensues, well at least for Izzy. Ethan is still mostly annoyed by events. We went trick or treating with our best friends from Northwest. There were quite a few of us and it was so sweet to see all the kids together. Once Izzy figures out how to get the candy, she was saying trick or treat before she even got to the door. Ethan was pretty shy, he probably figured Izzy was getting enough for two, somehow she had people giving her 2 and 3 times the amount they were handing out. She is ready for Halloween to come back again.
